摘  要:目的:建立牙体形态、颜色和修复体瓷层堆塑的虚拟仿真教学方法,并对其在固定义齿修复工艺学课程教学中的应用可行性进行初步探讨。方法:运用齿科扫描仪和软件进行仿真牙列模型、不同年龄段中切牙真彩模型及全瓷中切牙修复体不同步骤的瓷层堆塑模型的虚拟构建,同时根据教学需求添加人机交互动作,创建牙体形态、颜色和修复体瓷层堆塑的虚拟仿真教学软件,以实际教学为例对其应用流程及可行性进行初步探索。结果:初步建立了包含一套三维牙列模型、三个年龄段真彩中切牙模型和18个瓷层堆塑模型的虚拟仿真教学软件,并结合其人机交互功能完成了初步的教学应用探索。结论:虚拟仿真技术在牙体形态、颜色和瓷层堆塑教学中具有形象生动、便捷直观等优势,具备一定的可行性,未来需要进一步与传统方式进行对比研究以明确其实际教学优势。Objective:To establish a newtoothmorphology,tooth color,and porcelain layering teachingmethod based on virtual simulation technology,and to preliminarily explore its application feasibility in fixed prosthodontic teaching.Methods:Firstly,we used the lab scanner and dental design software to fabricate virtualmodels of dentition,color simulatedmaxillary central incisor in different age groups,and all ceramicmaxillary central incisor restoration at different porcelain laying stages.Then we added required human-computer interactions,and created toothmorphology,tooth color,and porcelain layering virtual teaching software.Finally,we explored its application process and feasibility in practical teaching.Results:We preliminarily established a virtual simulation teaching software programwhich consists of a set of three-dimensional dentitionmodel,color simulated central incisor models for three age stages,and 18 porcelain layering models.Combined with human-computer interaction functions,its preliminary teaching application has been completed.Conclusion:Virtual simulation technology has the advantages of being vivid,convenient,and intuitive in tooth morphology,tooth color,and porcelain layering teaching,and is certain feasible.Further studies are needed to clarify its actual advantages comparedwith traditional teachingmethods.
