基于跨文化视角中美家庭教育对比分析

摘  要:家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育构成教育的主要形式,三者密不可分。一个人无论成长到哪个阶段都离不开教育的塑造,而家庭教育作为教育的首要环节,其意义和影响具有不可替代的作用。基于跨文化视角,从中美家庭的教育理念入手,从个人主义与集体主义、教育重心、沟通方式三方面对比分析中美家庭教育差异,对美国教育理念取其精华去其糟粕,并批判地继承我国的传统文化,使我国家庭教育得以更好的发展。Family education,school education and social education occupy half of today’s education model,and the relationship among them is inseparable. Because no matter which stage in a person’s growth,it cannot be lack of the shaping of education. Theoretically,family education as the primary link of education,it’s significance and influence play an indispensable role. Based on intercultural perspective,starting from the educational ideas of Chinese and American families,this paper makes a comparative analysis of family education differences between China and the United States from three aspects,including individualism and collectivism,education focus and communication mode so as to take the advantages of American education as a reference,criticize and inherit excellent Chinese traditional culture and make our family education continue to pass on brilliantly.
