基于NoteExpress文献计量法对我国临床医学研究生教育现状分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析我国临床医学研究生教育期刊论文研究现状,总结研究发展趋势及热点,以期为进一步加强研究生教育实践与管理,提升培养质量提供参考。[方法]利用软件Note Express在CNKI和万方数据库中进行文献检索,使用Excel建立数据库,并对期刊论文的发表年份、来源分布、研究内容等进行文献计量学分析。[结果]截至2020年11月12日,共纳入符合研究题目的相关文献923篇。其中,临床医学研究生教育研究主题涉及包括培养、教育、教学、科研、临床能力、导师、思政建设、创新、医学人文、招生等在内的14个大类。2012年以后该领域的研究主题更为丰富,研究文献数量明显增长。[结论]中国的临床医学研究生教育研究近年来得到较快发展,有关研究生培养的主题是该领域的研究热点。[Objective]To analyze the current status of research on journals of postgraduate education in clinical medicine in China,and summarize research development trends and hot spots,so as to provide references for further strengthening the practice and management of postgraduate education and improving the quality of training.[Methods]The software Note Express was used to search documents in CNKI and Wanfang databases,and Excel was used to establish the database,and the bibliometric analysis of the publication year,source distribution,and research content of journal articles was carried out.[Results]As of November 12,2020,a total of 923 relevant literatures matching the research topic have been included.Among them,the clinical medicine postgraduate education and research topics involve 14 categories including training,education,teaching,scientific research,clinical ability,mentor,ideological and political construction,innovation,medical humanities,and enrollment.After 2012,research topics in this field have become more abundant,and the number of research documents has increased significantly.[Conclusion]China’s clinical medical postgraduate education research has developed rapidly in recent years,and the subject of postgraduate training is a research hotspot in this field.
