摘　　要：以“经济人”与“道德人”两种人性假设为焦点的“斯密悖论”从未淡出人们的视线。在社会主义市场经济条件下,尽管经济人与道德人相悖的特征依然存在,但探讨如何使二者相互融合仍是当下的一个重要课题。在我国全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,确保脱贫攻坚任务全面如期完成是全社会面临的头等大事。民营企业作为精准扶贫的重要力量,要努力打破经济人与道德人之间的博弈状态,争做有血有肉的“道德经济人”,通过进一步精准帮扶,巩固精准扶贫成果,确保不返贫,不获全胜绝不收兵,这不仅是民营企业实现自身可持续发展的必然路径,也是实现乡村振兴,进而逐步实现共同富裕的必然选择,更是推动我国物质文明和精神文明协调发展的必然要求。在脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的协调衔接期,民营企业在精准扶贫工作中应结合中央政策与地方特色,发挥自身优势,并拓展企业的社会责任视野,做好道德经济人的角色,为坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战助力。The“Smith Paradox”focusing on the two human nature assumptions of“economic man”and“moral man”has never faded out of people's sight.Under the conditions of a socialist market economy,although the contradictory characteristics of“economic man”and“moral man”still exist,exploring how to integrate the two is still a major issue at the moment.As China has entered the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the completion of a well-off society in an all-round way,ensuring that poverty alleviation tasks are completed on schedule is a top priority.As an important force for targeted poverty alleviation,private enterprises must strive to break the game state between“economic man”and“moral man”and strive to be a robust“moral economic man”.Through further targeted assistance,consolidate the results of targeted poverty alleviation to ensure that they will not return to poverty.If you don't get a complete victory,you will never retreat.This is not only an inevitable path for private enterprises to achieve their own sustainable development,but also an inevitable choice for realizing rural revitalization and gradually achieving common prosperity.It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting the coordinated development of China's material civilization and spiritual civilization.At present,China is in a period of coordination and convergence between“poverty alleviation”and“village revitalization”.Private enterprises should combine central policies and local characteristics in targeted poverty alleviation work,give full play to their own advantages,and expand the corporate social responsibility vision,and do a good practice of the role of“moral economic man”that helps resolutely win the fight against poverty.
