摘　　要：对于教育,要有信仰心、责任心、同理心,要有开辟精神和试验精神。文章从班主任的角度出发,结合实际的班主任工作案例,分析如何在班主任工作中践行陶行知先生的“新教师”观,探讨班主任如何用“信仰心、责任心、同理心”探索和实践班级的管理。For education,we should have faith,responsibility,empathy,pioneering spirit and experimental spirit.From the perspective of the head teacher,this paper analyzes the strategy of practice Tao Xingzhi's"new teacher"concept in the work of the head teacher,and discusses the strategy of the head teacher explores and practices the class management with"faith,responsibility and empathy".
