摘  要:为检测版纳鱼螈皮肤分泌液的抗菌活性,采用乙醚刺激法提取其皮肤分泌液,采用BCA法测定分泌液的蛋白浓度和SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法检测分泌液中的蛋白分子量,并采用滤纸片扩散法检测抑菌活性。结果表明:版纳鱼螈皮肤分泌液对4种细菌和7种真菌病菌均无抑菌作用;分泌液的蛋白含量为3.08mg/mL,蛋白的分子量范围为170~10kDa。To detect the antibacterial activity of the skin secretion fromIchthyophis bannanicus.Skin secretions were obtained by ether stimulation,and the concentrations of protein were detected by the BCA protein quantification kit and the molecular weights of proteins from skin secretions were determined by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.The antimicrobial activities were tracked by disk diffusion.The results showed that the skin secretion fromIchthyophis.bannanicus had no antibacterial effect on4 kinds of bacteria and 7 kinds of fungal pathogens.The protein content of secretion was 3.08 mg/mL,and the molecular weight range of protein was 170~10 kDa.
