压贴工序对刨花板家具气味优化研究

摘　　要：以刨花板为研究对象,分析不同刨花板素板供方、素板环保等级、压贴时晾板时间和压贴后板材养生时间对刨花板气味等性能的影响。分别选用2家刨花板素板供方的E0级(甲醛释放量≤0.06 mg/m3)和无甲醛添加级(甲醛释放量≤0.03 mg/m3)18 mm刨花板素板进行压贴,压贴过程中晾板0 min、15 min、30 min和60 min,压贴完成后养生3天、7天和14天,分别对素板和贴面板进行气味测试。经测试发现,晾板时间(60 min内)或养生时间(3~14天范围内)对刨花板的气味没有明显影响,而不同素板供方的刨花板压贴前的气味无规律性差异,但是经压贴制成饰面刨花板的气味存在一定规律性的差异。This article investigated the effects of different particleboard suppliers,the environmental protection grade of the plain board,the drying time of the pressing and the sheet health time on the odor of the particle board furniture.E0-grade(formaldehyde release≤0.06 mg/m³)and formaldehyde-free added grade(formaldehyde release≤0.03 mg/m³)18 mm particleboard plain boards were selected from two particleboard suppliers,and the boards were dried for 0 min,15 min,30 min and 60 min after pressing.After the press was completed,the particle boards were stacked for 3 days,7 days and 14 days,and perform odor test on the plain board and the veneer board respectively.After testing,it was found that the drying time(within 60 min)or the curing time(within 3 to 14 days)had no significant effect on the odor of the particleboard,and there was no regular difference in the odor before pressing the particleboard of different suppliers,but there were some regular differences in the odor after pressing the particleboard of different suppliers.
