摘 要:教育信息化的发展推动着高校健美操教学方法与教学形式的更新换代,如何适应当前的网课,进而提升高校健美操教学绩效,是新时代健美操教师不让小觑的问题。鉴于此,文章驾驭文献资料法、逻辑分析法与实地参与式观察法,并融合笔者多年的一线健美操教学经验,秉承网课是什么内涵、有什么特征、存在什么问题、需要怎么解决的脉络主线开展研究,分析了网课的含义及特征,进而剖析了当前存在的平台、直播、混合、其他这四种网课形式的优缺点,并尝试性对优化网课进行了机制的建构,以期有益于推进高校健美操更好地开展网课教学,有利于提升高校健美操网课教学绩效,有助于推动高校健美操教学信息化。The development of education informatization promotes the renewal of teaching methods and forms of aerobics in colleges and universities. How to adapt to the current online course and improve the teaching performance of aerobics in colleges and universities is a problem that aerobics teachers should not underestimate in the new era. In view of this, this paper uses the methods of literature, logical analysis and on-the-spot participatory observation, and integrates the author’s many years of experience in aerobics teaching. It adheres to the main thread of what is the connotation, characteristics, problems and solutions of online courses, analyzes the meaning and characteristics of online courses, and then analyzes the existing platforms,live broadcast and mixing The advantages and disadvantages of the other four forms of online courses, and try to optimize the network course mechanism construction, in order to promote the college aerobics better carry out online teaching, help to improve the performance of aerobics online teaching, and help to promote the information of college aerobics teaching.
