摘　　要：通过从以实践技能为核心、企业需求为导向、以就业发展为牵引人才培养模式,以企业用人需求来优化课程体系结构、创新教学方法手段,加强师资力量建设等方式,对现代学徒制下高职院校口腔医学技术专业人才培养进行探索,从而有利于口腔医学技术专业的"现代学徒制"专业的改革,"校企合作"模式的深化,"产教融合"机制的创新。By taking practical skills as the core, enterprise demand as the guidance, employment development as the guidance of personnel training mode, optimizing the curriculum system structure, innovating teaching methods and means, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, this paper explores the cultivation of stomatological technology professionals in vocational colleges under the modern apprenticeship system, which is beneficial to the development of stomatological technology reform of "modern apprenticeship", the deepening of "school enterprise cooperation" mode, and the innovation of the mechanism of integration of production and education.
