摘  要:目的探究在小儿呼吸科带教过程中才有优质护理带教模式的临床应用价值分析。方法现用随机数字表法将2017年10月—2019年10月来本院实习的98名实习生分为使用传统带教模式的对照组49例和使用优质护理带教模式的试验组49例,以实习生考核成绩,对带教教师满意度,患者满意度等作为指标对两种带教模式进行评价。结果带教前的两组实习生成绩差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),带教完成后,试验组考核成绩和对带教教师评分满意度优于对照组(P < 0.05),且患者家属对试验组护理满意度更高(P < 0.05)。结论 使用优质护理带教模式对实习生进行有效带教能够提高实习生护理技能,护生对带教教师满意度高,患者家属对护理服务的满意度高。Objective To explore the clinical application value of quality nursing teaching mode in the process of pediatric respiratory education.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,98 interns in our hospital were divided into control group(49 cases)using traditional teaching mode and experimental group(49 cases)using high-quality nursing teaching mode by random table method.The two teaching modes were evaluated by the evaluation results of interns,the satisfaction of teachers and patients.Results there was no significant difference between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the test results and satisfaction with the scores of the teachers in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the patients'family members were more satisfied with the nursing in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using high-quality nursing teaching model to effectively teach interns can significantly improve the nursing skills of interns.The satisfaction of nursing students to teachers is high,the satisfaction of patients'families to nursing services is high.
