摘　　要：本文探讨了地方性高校在"双一流"建设中如何聚焦人才培养目标,以人才培养的质量为核心,进行专业的统筹建设,并从实践和创新能力的培养及保障本科教学质量两个方面进行了探索与实践。The paper discusses local university strengthening the overall construction of specialty, by focusing on the target and quality of talent-cultivating. Also explore and practice in cultivation of practice and innovation ability and guarantee of the quality of undergraduate teaching.
