高职院校智能制造专业教学存在的问题及对策——以湖北交通职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：随着我国工业制造智能化程度的不断提高,对高职院校智能制造专业教学也提出了更高的要求,高职院校应充分加强并重视智能制造专业教学工作,确保为社会及时输送所需人才。但从当前智能制造专业教学情况来看,依旧存在着教学模式传统陈旧、人才培养目标定位模糊不清、课程设置单一、师资力量薄弱、实训设备匮乏等问题,本文以湖北交通职业技术学院智能制造专业为例,分析了教育教学改革中遇到的问题,提出了一些应对的措施和建议,以推进高职院校教学改革工作的顺利进行。With the continuous improvement of the intelligent degree of industrial manufacturing in China, higher requirements are put forward for the teaching of Intelligent Manufacturing Specialty in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should fully strengthen and attach importance to the teaching work of intelligent manufacturing specialty, so as to ensure the timely delivery of talents for the society. However, from the current teaching situation of intelligent manufacturing specialty, there are still some problems, such as the traditional teaching mode is obsolete, the positioning of talent training objectives is unclear, the curriculum is single, the teaching staff is weak, and the training equipment is scarce. Taking the intelligent manufacturing specialty of Hubei Communications Technical College as an example, the problems encountered in the education and teaching reform are analyzed some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
