摘　　要：当前我国高等教育逐渐进入大众化发展阶段,高等教育普及率的提升大大强化了教育的公平性,但大众化阶段的高等教育也仍存在很多问题,例如教学质量降低、学术严谨性减弱等,大众化教育与精英化教育难以协同发展。推动高等教育向精英化方向发展是培养优秀人才、提高高校办学水平的重要途径。With China's higher education entering the stage of popularization development,the popularization rate of higher education has greatly enhanced the fairness of education,but there remain many problems,such as the decline of teaching quality and academic rigor,making it difficult for popular education and elite education to develop harmoniously.Promoting higher education to the elite is an important way to cultivate excellent talents and improve the education level of colleges and universities.
