摘  要:目的:通过建设面向远程医疗的病理会诊系统,克服地域、时间障碍,提高基层医疗机构病理诊断质量及水平。方法:借助高通量快速医学玻片扫描仪,通过现代化的信息技术实现病理数字化切片及病历信息的传输,实现远距离的病理会诊。结果:提高了基层医疗机构病理诊断准确率,提升了基层医疗机构整体医疗服务能力。结论:通过该系统的建设,很好地解决了病理资源分布不均的问题,促进了偏远地区医院、基层医院病理诊断的发展,为远程病理会诊的发展提供实践经验,起到创新应用引领示范效应。Objective:To overcome the regional and time barriers and improve the quality and level of pathological diagnosis in primary medical institutions by constructing a pathological consultation system for telemedicine.Methods:With the help of high-throughput rapid medical slide scanner,the transmission of pathological digital slices and medical record information is realized through modern information technology,and the long-distance pathological consultation is realized.Results:The accuracy of pathological diagnosis in primary medical institutions was improved,and the overall medical service capacity of primary medical institutions was improved.Conclusion:Through the construction of this system,the problem of uneven distribution of pathological resources is well solved,the development of pathological diagnosis in hospitals in remote areas and primary hospitals is promoted,the practical experience for the development of remote pathological consultation is provided,and the innovative application leads the demonstration effect.
