摘　　要：高校青年教师思政教育是新时代的一个新课题,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节。高校青年教师承担着培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的历史重任,关系着高校“双一流”建设目标、新时代高校教师队伍建设。因此,要不断深化对高校思政教育工作的极端重要性、历史必然性和现实紧迫性的认识,因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,创新青年教师政治理论学习模式,培育新时代青年教师师德师风,全面提高青年教师思政教育工作科学化水平。The ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities is a new topic in the new era and a key in the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,which is related to the historical responsibility of training newcomers in the era of national rejuvenation,the construction goal of“double first-class”in colleges and universities,and the construction of college teachers'team in the new era.Therefore,it is extremely important to deepen the significance,historical inevitability as well as the realistic urgency of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,innovate the learning mode of political theory of young teachers,cultivate the morality of young teachers and comprehensively improve the scientific level of ideological and political education of young teachers.
