摘 要:以新鲜牛初乳为原料,分离获得3、3~10、10~30ku不同区段的蛋白片段加以收集、冻干,并作为膳食补充剂提供给Balb/C小鼠,初步探讨牛初乳小分子活性肽对小鼠生长的影响。结果表明,在骨密度方面,牛初乳各个区段组小鼠的骨密度值均高于对照组数据;在脂肪含量方面,牛初乳3ku以下两个组的小鼠与对照组尤其是和10ku以上组相比维持了较低的水平。因此,超滤膜法可以很好的分离出牛初乳中各区段的蛋白,且其中3ku以下的小分子多肽对小鼠骨密度的增加及维持低脂肪含量方面均具有积极的作用,为新型的肽类保健品制剂的开发提供了参考。Different extents of bovine colostrum protein fragments were isolated and administered as nutrient adjuvant to study the effects on the growth of Balb/C mice.Methods:After ultrafiltration,collection and lyophilization,3,3~10 and 10~30 ku protein fragments of bovine colostrum were obtained,and dissolved in distilled water to make mixture solutions of different concentration for the mice to take freely and undergo X-ray measurements 60 days later to check the effects of different extents of proteins on fat and bone mineral density(BMD).Results showed that BMD of all groups of bovine colostrum was obviously higher than that of the control group,and in terms of fat content,the two groups taking bovine colostrum fragments smaller than 3 ku had lower fat levels than the control group especially than the group bigger than 10 ku.Ultrafiltration membrane method can be effectively used to isolate the proteins of bovine colostrum,and the polypeptides with molecular weight smaller than 3 ku can effectively increase bone density and keep fat content at a relatively low level in mice.Providing insights into developing new kinds of healthy food products.
