生血宝合剂联合香菇多糖预防宫颈癌放化疗期间骨髓抑制的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生血宝合剂联合香菇多糖预防宫颈癌放化疗期间骨髓抑制的疗效。方法:选择2019年7月—2020年3月宫颈癌放化疗患者90例,采用随机分组法分为生血宝组、生血宝联合香菇多糖组(联合组)和对照组,每组30例,比较三组临床疗效。结果:生血宝组和对照组临床有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组临床有效率显著高于生血宝组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈癌放化疗期间应用生血宝合剂联合香菇多糖,临床疗效显著,能够有效预防骨髓抑制。Objective:To observe the effect of Shengxuebao mixture combined with lentinan on the prevention of myelosuppression during radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cervical cancer.Methods:From July 2019 to March 2020,90 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into three groups:shengxuebao group,shengxuebao combined with lentinan group and control group.Results:There was no significant difference between shengxuebao group and control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of Shengxuebao group and lentinan group was significantly higher than that of Shengxuebao group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengxuebao mixture combined with lentinan can effectively prevent myelosuppression during radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cervical cancer.
