摘　　要：目的为了了解河北省某三级医院感染科护理人员在完成呼吸道传染病护理任务过程中死亡焦虑的现状,为今后开展常态化防控后针对医务人员团队综合干预提供数据基础。方法将河北省某三级医院感染科护士作为本次调查研究的研究对象,通过使用汉化版《死亡焦虑量表》对既定对象进行无接触式调查。结果工作年限越长的感染科护士死亡焦虑水平越高;91%以上的感染科护士死亡焦虑评分处于高水平状态。条件Logistics回归结果显示:最高学历以及职称水平是影响死亡焦虑水平高低的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论河北省某三级医院感染科护理人员在完成呼吸道传染病护理任务过程中死亡焦虑水平高,在进行轮换、休整过程中开展死亡教育相关培训工作以及心理疏导是极有必要的,在日常工作中同样需要关注医务人员的自身心理健康水平和死亡焦虑变化并且及时采取有效措施进行干预。Objective To investigate the current situation of death anxiety among nurses in the infection department of a tertiary hospital in Hebei province during the implementation of nursing tasks for the patients with respiratory infectious disease,so as to provide data basis for the comprehensive intervention of the medical staff team after normalized prevention and control in the future.Methods The nurses in the infection department in a tertiary hospital in Hebei province were enrolled as the research objects in this investigation.The Chinese version of the“Death Anxiety Scale”was used to perform a non-contact survey for these subjects.Results The longer the working lifetime,the higher the death anxiety level of the nurses in infection department,and the 91%of the nurses had a high level of death anxiety score.The conditional Logistic regression results showed that the highest educational background and the level of professional title were important factors affecting the level of death anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing staff in the infection department of a tertiary hospital in Hebei province have a high level of death anxiety in the process of performing nursing tasks.It is extremely necessary to carry out death education-related training and psychological counseling during rotation and rest.It is also necessary to pay much attention to the changes of self mental health and death anxiety in medical staff and to take effective measures to intervene timely.
