摘 要:跨区域教学共同体立足互联网开放共享的思想,从育人理念的重塑、教学资源的重组、课堂教学的重建、教育生态的重构等方面超越传统教育教学局限,成为融入“互联网+”时代的教学选择。基于雷波县跨区域同步教学试点区的调查发现,跨区域教学共同体建设从教学规划、教学平台、教学培训、教学内容、教学方式、教学评价等方面改革传统教学,其实践探索与“三个课堂”应用指向内在一致。故而,有必要立足“三个课堂”反思跨区域教学共同体建设的现实意义。在此基础上,以跨区域教学共同体建设助力“三个课堂”应用要研制教学改革规划,保障课堂应用实施;扎根教学平台建设,提供课堂应用支持;增强教学专业引导,优化课堂教学实践;关注教学师资培育,提高课堂教学素养;重视教学内容选择,契合课堂教学需要;推进教学成效评价,引领课堂教学调整。Based on the idea of Internet sharing and opening up,the cross regional teaching community transcends traditional educational teaching limitations from the remodeling of educational philosophy,reconfiguration of teaching resources,upgrading of classroom teaching and reconstruction of educational ecology,and it has become the important choice of teaching reform for“Internet+Education”in the information age.Based on the survey of Leibo County,we found that the construction of cross regional teaching community reform traditional teaching in the aspects of teaching planning,teaching platform,teaching training,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,and its practical exploration is intrinsically coupled with the application of“three classrooms”.Therefore,it is necessary to reflect on the practical significance of the application of cross regional teaching community based on the“three classrooms”.On this foundation,promoting the application of“three classrooms”by the construction of cross regional teaching community,we should develop teaching reform plan,guarantee the implementation of classroom application;take root in the construction of teaching platform,provide support for classroom application;enhance teaching professional guidance,optimize classroom teaching practice;think highly of the cultivation of teachers,improve classroom teaching quality;pay attention to the selection of teaching content,meet the needs of classroom teaching;promote teaching evaluation of learning effectiveness,leading the adjustment of classroom teaching.
