基于德尔菲法构建中医院校护生中医护理核心能力指标体系

摘　　要：目的探讨如何基于德尔菲法构建中医院校护理实习生中医护理核心能力指标体系,为院校输送高质量中医特色护理人才提供指导、参考依据。方法选取2020年5—6月中医药大学护理学院教授、硕士生导师、研究生和三级甲等中医院内、外、妇、儿及急危重症临床护理专家,结合文献分析、课题组前期调查、研究小组商讨和两轮德尔菲法专家函询,构建中医院校护生中医护理核心能力指标体系并进行修正及确立。结果两轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100%和93%,专家意见肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.199和0.241,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),最终形成包含知识、技能、能力和特质4个维度、13个二级指标和32个三级指标。结论基于德尔菲法构建的中医院校护理实习生中医护理核心能力指标科学、可靠、有专科特色,可用于提高中医院校护理实习生中医护理核心能力进行规范化培训和教学提供参考、测评依据,为院校输送高质量中医特色护理人才提供指导,对中医护理教育工作的开展有一定的借鉴意义。Objective To construct the index system of core competence of nursing interns in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,and to provide guidance and reference for colleges to deliver high-quality nursing talents with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From May to June 2020,professor from nursing school of traditional Chinese Medicine University,supervisor for master degree candidate,graduate student and clinical nursing experts of Grade 3A Chinese Medicine hospital were enrolled in the study.Combined with literature analysis,preliminary investigation of research group,discussion of research group and two rounds of Delphi method expert correspondence,the index system of nursing core competence of nursing students in Chinese medicine colleges was constructed,revised and established.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of inquiry papers were 100%and 93%respectively,and the Kendall harmony coefficients of expert opinions were 0.199 and 0.241 respectively(P<0.05).Finally,there were 4 dimensions,13 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators including knowledge,skills,abilities and characteristics.Conclusions The index of TCM nursing core competence of nursing interns in TCM colleges and universities based on Delphi method is scientific,reliable and has special characteristics.It could be used to improve the core competence of TCM nursing interns in TCM colleges and universities,provide reference and evaluation basis for standardized training and teaching,provide guidance for colleges and universities to deliver high-quality nursing talents with TCM characteristics,and have certain reference significance for the development of TCM nursing education.
