摘  要:药事管理学是我国高等院校药学及中药学类专业大学生的重要专业课程,也是做好药学工作的必要支撑。由于学科特点和教学模式的限制,目前药事管理学教学效果不甚理想。本文系统分析近年来药事管理学教学中开展翻转课堂实践的现状及问题,提出适合学科特点的基于O-PIRTAS的翻转课堂教学设计变式O-PIRTASCT,整体围绕教学目标(O)实施,包括课前准备活动(P)、学生自学教学资源(I)、回顾(R)、测试1(T1)、活动(A)、总结(S)、巩固(C)和测试2(T2),具有良好的理论性和可操作性,可为高等院校药事管理学的教学改革提供思路参考。Pharmacy Administration is an important professional course for college students majoring in pharmacy and Chinese medicine in China as well as a the necessary support for pharmacy staff to engage in pharmacy.However,the teaching effect of pharmacy administration has not been satisfactory due to the limitation of subject characteristics and teaching mode.This article systematically analyzes the current status and problems of the flipped classroom practice in pharmacy administration in recent years.Regarding the characteristics of the course,we propose O-PIRTASCT,a variant of the flipped classroom teaching design for Pharmacy Administration based on the model of O-PIRTAS,which includes Objective,Preparation,Instructional video,Review,Test 1,Activity,Summary,Consolidation and Test 2.This design pattern is of practical significance for its good theory and operability and is suspected to provide a reference for the teaching reform of Pharmacy Administration in universities.
