摘 要:对小径木梯形板抽芯下锯法的出材率数学建模并进行优化设计分析,以证明其具有较高的出材率。结合实际生产条件分析影响小径木梯形板抽芯下锯法出材率的因素,证明此种下锯方法的合理性和可行性。首先,介绍了小径木梯形板抽芯下锯法的原理、板材加工方式和优势。其次,根据其下锯方法的关键和特征对小径木梯形板抽芯下锯法进行了数学建模,推导小径木梯形板抽芯下锯法的出材率公式。以此公式为目标函数,选取下锯方案中相互独立的变量作为设计变量,根据客观条件和国家标准等建立约束条件,并根据多组原始数据分别利用LINGO和MATLAB软件进行出材率的优化设计,得出两组优化设计结果。再次,对优化设计的结果进行作图分析,通过查阅文献资料证明小径木梯形板抽芯下锯法的高出材率,并分析其出材率提高的原因。最后,分析实际加工中小径木缺陷与加工工艺措施对出材率的影响,针对不良影响提出改进措施。计算出了小径木梯形板抽芯下锯法的出材率公式,得出了不同尺寸小径木的两组优化设计结果。结果表明:两组优化结果接近,出材率变化趋势合理。Mathematical modeling of the volume recovery of the small-diameter wooden trapezoidal board by core-pulling sawing and optimization design analysis can prove that it has higher volume recovery.Combined with the actual production conditions,the factors affecting the volume recovery of the small-diameter wooden trapezoidal board using core-pulling sawing was analyzed to prove the rationality and feasibility of the sawing method.The introduction of the small-diameter wooden trapezoidal board by core-pulling sawing was first.And its principles and advantages were introduced then.According to the key and characteristics of the sawing method,the small-diameter wooden trapezoidal board by core-pulling sawing was mathematically modeled.The formula of its volume recovery was derived.This formula was used in the objective function,the independent variables in the sawing scheme were selected as the design variables.The constraints were established according to the objective conditions and national standards.LINGO and MATLAB were used to optimize the volume recovery according to the multiple sets of raw data.The two sets of optimized design results were obtained.Furthermore,the results of the optimized design were analyzed.The high volume recovery of the small-diameter wooden trapezoidal board by core-pulling sawing was proved by consulting the literature.And the reasons for the increase of the volume recovery were analyzed.Finally,the influence of small-diameter wood defects and processing technology measures on the volume recovery in actual processing was analyzed.And the improvement measures were proposed for the adverse effects.The volume recovery formula of the small-diameter wooden trapezoidal board by core-pulling sawing is calculated.Two optimal design results of different sizes of small-diameter wood are obtained.The optimization results show that the two groups are close,and the trend of the volume recovery is reasonable.
