摘 要:目的:探讨教学组长责任制在口腔正畸实习护士临床带教中的应用。方法:对2014年在正畸科采用传统临床带教模式实习护士30名与2015年采用教学组长责任制带教模式实习护士32名,带教结束后比较两组的操作考试成绩、教学满意度问卷调查和护士实习前后的自主学习能力。结果:教学组长责任制模式组的操作考试成绩、教学满意度以及护士自主学习能力自评得分均优于传统的临床带教模式(P<0.05)。结论:教学组长责任制在口腔正畸实习护士的临床带教中不仅能提升科室护理教学水平,而且有效提升正畸实习护士的专业技能和自主学习能力。Objective:To explore the effects of the responsibility system of the leader on clinical teaching in orthodontics rotary nurses.Methods:There were 30 practice nurses who used the traditional clinical teaching mode in orthodontics department in 2014 and 32 practice nurses who used the teaching team leader responsibility system in 2015.After the teaching,the operation test scores,teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey and nurses'self-learning ability before and after the practice were compared between the two groups.Results:The test score,teaching satisfaction and the value of nurse’s self-learning questionnaire survey in the responsibility system of the leader of the teaching group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The responsibility system of the leader of the teaching group is beneficial for improving the level of nurses’teaching and promoting the professional skills and the ability of self-learning in orthodontics rotary nurses.
