摘 要:目的在带教过程中,对肿瘤内科护理岗位的实习学生用微课的方式进行授课,并对产生的效果进行探究。方法将2018年2月-2019年3月该院收治的160名护理实习生,基于人数相等的原则将其分为两组。观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)分别采用微课教学模式与传统教学模式,对两组的理论水平与实践操作能力进行考察和对比,采集观察组对微课教学的反馈信息。结果对照组在理论和实践上的考核分显著低于观察组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中98.75%的实习生认为微课教学有助于激发学习兴趣曰认为微课教学可提高学习积极性与学习能力的实习生所占的比例均为91.25%曰认为微课教学能够开拓思维、培养团队精神以及增强解决问题能力的实习生,所占比例分别为97.50%尧95.00%以及98.75%遥结论通过微课教学能够获得良好的带教效果,有利于提高实习生的综合素养。Objective In the process of teaching,to teach internship students in the nursing position of oncology department in the way of micro-classes,and to explore the results.Methods The 160 nursing interns accepted by the hospital from February 2018 to March 2019,were divided into two groups based on the principle of equal numbers.The observation group(n=80)and the control group(n=80)adopted the micro-class teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode,the theoretical level and practical operation ability of the two groups were inspected and compared,and the feedback information of the observation group on the micro-class teaching was collected.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).98.75%of the interns in the observation group believed that micro-class teaching could help stimulate their interest in learning;the proportion of interns who believed that micro-class teaching could improve learning enthusiasm and learning ability was 91.25%;they believed that micro-class teaching could open up their thinking,the proportions of interns who cultivate team spirit and enhance problem-solving skills were 97.50%,95.00%and 98.75%respectively.Conclusion A good teaching effect can be obtained through micro-class teaching,which is beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of interns.
