摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟教学法结合PBL教学法与传统教学方法对护生理论知识及综合能力提高的效果。方法选取2018年8-12月在南方医科大学第三附属医院内分泌实习的护理实习生23名为对照组,2019年1-5月在内分泌科实习的护生23名为观察组。观察组采用情景模拟教学法结合PBL教学法进行教学查房,对照组采用传统PPT教学模式带教,比较两组方法的教学效果。结果观察组学生理论知识、操作成绩、临床沟通、临床思维能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法结合PBL法有助于提高护生在糖尿病低血糖护理中的实践能力和综合能力。Objective To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching method combined with PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method on improving the theoretical knowledge and comprehensive ability of nursing students.Methods Selected 23 nursing interns who were internship in the Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University Third Hospital from August to December 2018 as the control group,and the nursing students who were intern in the department of endocrinology from January to May 2019,23 cases were in the observation group.The observation group used scene simulation teaching method combined with PBL teaching method for teaching ward rounds,and the control group used traditional PPT teaching mode to teach,and the teaching effects of the two methods were compared.Results The observation group’s students'theoretical knowledge,operation score,clinical communication,and clinical thinking ability were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method combined with the PBL method is helpful to improve the practical ability and comprehensive ability in nursing students in diabetes and hypoglycemia care.
