摘  要:目的探讨细节管理在儿科输液室护理带教中的应用价值。方法将该院2019年1—12月60名儿科输液室护理实习生按数字表随机法分两组。对照组给予常规教学,实验组实施细节管理教学。比较两组教学满意度、儿科输液室环境护理水平、护患沟通能力水平、穿刺操作技能评分、输液理论知识评分。结果实验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组儿科输液室环境护理水平、护患沟通能力水平、穿刺操作技能评分、输液理论知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科输液室护理实习生实施细节管理教学效果确切,可有效提高护理实习生的护理能力,提高其对于教学模式的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of detail management in pediatric infusion room nursing teaching.Methods From January to December 2019,60 nursing interns in the pediatric infusion room in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups with a digital table.The control group was given regular teaching,and the experimental group was given detailed management teaching.The two groups of teaching satisfaction,pediatric infusion room environmental nursing level,nurse-patient communication ability level,puncture operation skill score,and infusion theory knowledge score were compared between the two groups.Results The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group's pediatric infusion room environmental nursing level,nurse-patient communication ability,puncture operation skill score,and infusion theoretical knowledge score were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed management teaching effect of nursing interns in the pediatric infusion room is accurate,which can effectively improve the nursing ability of nursing interns and their satisfaction with the teaching mode.It is worthy of promotion.
