摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训对培养高层次医学人才、提高医疗质量起着承上启下的重要作用。心血管内科是住院医师规范化培训的重点科室之一,如何在有限的时间里高效地把繁杂的专科知识传授给学生,是值得研究和探讨的问题。该文提出在教学实践中,针对该学科特点,参考住院医师规范化培训方案,有针对性地对学生临床思维及实践能力进行训练与培养,以期在提升学生医学思维及临床实践能力的同时,帮助学生能够将学校中学习到的固定的书面知识,与医疗实例灵活地进行有机结合,综合提升学生的医疗水平及学科素养,为各级医院输送合格的高素质的住院医师。Standardized training of resident physicians plays an important role in cultivating high-level medical talents and improving medical quality.Cardiovascular internal medicine is one of the key departments for standardized training of resident doctors.How to efficiently impart complex and specialized knowledge to students in a limited time is a problem worthy of research and discussion.This paper proposes that in teaching practice,in accordance with the characteristics of this discipline,we refer to the standardized training program of resident physicians to train and cultivate students'clinical thinking and practical ability in a targeted manner,in order to improve students'medical thinking and clinical practice ability while helping students to be able to learn the fixed paper knowledge in the school,which is flexibly combined with medical examples to comprehensively improve the medical level and subject quality of students,and provide qualified and high-quality residents to hospitals at all levels.
