摘　　要：近年来我国职业教育得到了迅速发展,但在国际化办学过程中也出现了办学水平不足、国际化师资团队缺乏、办学目标与制度不合理等问题。本文认为:要结合“一带一路”倡议落实的具体需求,选择适宜的合作办学对象、加快国际化师资队伍建设、增加学生及教师国际交流的机会。In recent years,vocational education in China has developed rapidly.Since the implementation of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the pace of internationalization of higher vocational colleges has been accelerating day by day,however,during the process,,there are also problems such as insufficient level of international,lack of professional internationalized teaching staff,unreasonable educational objectives and systems.In order to solve these problems,in the course of development,higher vocational colleges must take acount of the specific requirements of the"Belt and Road"initiative,grasp the policy advantages,select proper cooperative schools,speed up the establishment of international teaching staff,and promote international exchanges between students and teachers.
