摘　　要：市场竞争归根到底是人的竞争,比如房地产企业经营管理者的胜任力对企业经营管理绩效的影响是巨大的。本文针对胜任力基本概念展开分析,并根据经营管理者的界定,分别从房地产企业高层管理者、中层管理者的角度出发,详细分析了其胜任力对经营管理绩效的影响与作用。Market competition is ultimately the competition of talents.Business managers in real estate enterprises are in charge of business management and decision-making.Their competence has a huge impact on business management performance.This article first analyzes the basic concepts of competence,and then,based on the definition of managers,from the perspectives of senior managers and middle managers of real estate enterprises,it analyzes in detail the impact of their competence on management performance in order to provide reference.
