高等农业院校本科生“一一六”人才培养体系解析

摘　　要：本科生教育是我国高等教育的主体,加强农业院校本科生教育对于新农科建设、乡村振兴具有重要意义。该文解析了本科生培养流程,剖析了一个思政内核、一个育人主线、六项能力的"一一六"人才培养体系,总结了该人才培养体系坚持的"三融合"和"三全育人"理念。Undergraduate education is the main subject of higher education in China,and strengthening undergraduate education in agricultural colleges and universities is of great significance for new agricultural discipline construction and rural revitalization.This paper analyzed the training procedure of undergraduates,and the"one-one-six"talent training system containing one ideological and political core,one main line of talent education,and six capacities,and also summarized the education principle of"three fusions"and"three-dimensional comprehensive education".
