摘　　要：该文以医学基础课程为研究对象,基于SPOC平台构建线上线下混合式教学,通过构建教学资源库、优化教学设计、丰富教学内容、完善教学评价体系等措施,充分调动了学生学习的热情和积极性,挖掘了学生自主学习潜能,真正做到以学生为中心,重构教学关系,在教学效果提升方面取得了明显效果。With basic medical courses as the research object,and based on the SPOC platform,this paper aims to builds an online and offline blended teaching model.By constructing teaching resources,optimizing teaching design,enriching teaching content,and improving the teaching evaluation system,students'learning enthusiasm and motivation is fully mobilized,and their autonomous learning potential is developed,which truly makes students the center,reconstructs teaching relations,and improves the teaching effect significantly.
