摘  要:通过对二阶筒形件拉深工艺进行分析和计算,确定采用三次拉深成形工艺,前两次拉深成形大直径阶梯,第3次拉深成形小直径阶梯,再采用有限元分析软件PAMSTAMP对该工艺方案进行模拟分析,得出各道次拉深成形时合适的压边间隙,缩短了试模周期。Through the analysis and calculation of the drawing process for two-diameter cylindrical part,the three times forming processes were determined.The first two forming drawing formed the large diameter ladder,and the third drawing process formed the small diameter ladder.Finally,based on the finite element analysis software PAMSTAMP,the suitable blank holder clearance of each forming process was obtained and the test period was shortened.
