主体间性话语模式的重构——以基于语料库的医患会话为例

摘　　要：主体间性理论的提出,改变了人类对"主体-客体"关系的认知,把原本作为"客体"的认知对象也纳入主体的范畴,并确认自我主体与对象主体间的共生性、平等性和交流关系。在医患会话机制中,传统的垂直性会话模式对医患关系产生了较大影响,这种会话模式往往会造成医患之间的矛盾。在建立动态语料库的基础上,运用主体间性理论阐释医患交际的哲学基础,探索建立新的医患话语模式与策略,有助于充分发挥语言交际的社会服务功能,构建和谐医患关系。The theory of intersubjectivity has changed human’s cognition of the relationship between"subject and object".The cognitive object originally regarded as"object"is also included in the category of subject,and the symbiosis,equality and communication relationship between self-subject and object-subject are confirmed.In the mechanism of doctor-patient conversation,the traditional vertical conversation mode has a great impact on the doctor-patient relationship,which often leads to conflicts between doctors and patients.On the basis of the establishment of dynamic corpus,the philosophical basis of doctor-patient discourse is explained by the intersubjectivity theory,and the strategy and mode of establishing the new doctor-patient discourse can be explored.It is helpful to exert the social service function of language communication and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
