摘　　要：结合孵化器研究的网络观和社会资本观,将孵化器视为一个由利益相关者构成的特定组织场域,通过对ZSSK孵化器的纵向案例研究,打开了制度创业提升孵化器孵化效应的过程黑箱。研究发现,中国经济制度转型所提供的制度型市场以及制度创业者的个体特质共同促进了制度创业的产生;制度创业的各个维度相互支撑和动态平衡促进了孵化器孵化效应的提升;制度创业一方面通过突破制度壁垒获取资源这一表层机制,另一方面通过建构创业基因实现辐射这一深层机制共同促进孵化效应的提升,其中深层机制对于孵化效应的提升尤为重要。Stimulated by the innovation-driven development strategy and the policy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the entrepreneurial passion of the Chinese people has been enhanced unprecedentedly.However,contrary to this,the failure rate of new ventures is very high.In this context,the construction and operation of incubators have received extensive attention from academia,business circles and politicians.However,the incubator performance did not achieve the expected effect.Therefore,how to effectively enhance the incubator performance has gradually become the focus of research.The network view and the social capital view of the incubator research emphasize that the incubator is not only a specific physical or geographical form,but also a specific network system composed of stakeholders has important enlightenment significance.This research carries on this idea and further regards incubator as a specific organizational field composed of many stakeholders.And institutional entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting the formation,development,and evolution of organizational field.However,how to promote the incubator performance through institutional entrepreneurship has not been systematically revealed.To this end,this research will re-examine the incubator performance and deeply explore the process and mechanism of institutional entrepreneurship affecting the incubator performance.As an exploratory study of process mechanism,this research adopts the method of single case study.Based on the principle of theoretical sampling,this research chooses China Merchants ZSSK incubator as a typical case.Through the collection of historical documents,in-depth investigation,field investigation and other ways to collect data,on this basis,the ZSSK incubator database is established.Through in-depth analysis of data and continuous dialogue and iteration with theory,the development process of ZSSK incubator is divided into three stages,and then the motivation,strategy,process,and effect of institutional entrepreneurship
