摘 要:目的:探讨乳铁蛋白(LF)对大鼠正畸牙复发移动过程中牙周改建的影响。方法:取36只SD大鼠,在上颌第一磨牙与上颌切牙之间安放镍钛拉簧,建立大鼠正畸牙模型。加力21 d后拆除加力装置,将大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,每组18只。实验组给予LF(85 mg/kg)灌胃,对照组给予等量生理盐水。分别于灌胃前(加力结束后)和灌胃7 d、14 d、21 d,制取上颌石膏模型测量实验牙复发移位的距离。行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察牙周组织的病理学变化,抗酒石酸磷酸酶(TRAP)染色观察破骨细胞数量,免疫组织化学(IHC)染色观察骨涎蛋白(BSP)的表达。结果:实验组的实验牙复发距离小于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组正畸牙的牙周成骨速度更快,新骨形成明显。与对照组比较,实验组实验牙牙根近中侧、远中侧破骨细胞数量均减少,在近中侧,21 d时差异明显(P<0.05),在远中侧,14 d、21 d时差异明显(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组实验牙牙根近中侧、远中侧的BSP表达均增高,在近中侧,7 d、21 d时差异明显(P<0.05);在远中侧,21 d时差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:LF能加快成骨活动并抑制破骨来减少大鼠正畸牙复发移动距离,促进正畸牙牙周组织的改建。Objective:To investigate the effect of lactoferrin on periodontal remodeling of recurrent and movement orthodontic teeth in rats.Methods:The orthodontic modelswere established in 36 SD rats by placing nickeltitanium tension spring between maxillary first molar and maxillary incisor.After 21 d of exertion,the exertion device was removed,and the rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 18 rats in each group.The experimental group rats were given LF(85 mg/kg)by gavage,and rats in the control group receivedequal volume of normal saline.The maxillary gypsum model was made to measure the distance of tooth recurrence and displacement before the gavage(after the end of the application)and 7 days,14 days,and 21 days after the gavage.The pathological changes of periodontal tissues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.The expression of osteoclasts wasobserved after Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)staining,and the expression of bone salivatin(BSP)was detectedafter immunohistochemistry(IHC)staining.Results:Therecurrent movement distance of experimental group wassignificantly shorter than that of controlgroup(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the orthodontic teeth in the experimental group had faster periodontal osteogenesis and more obvious new bone formation.The number of osteoclasts in the proximal and distal roots of experimental teeth in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the difference was significant on the proximal and medial side at 21 days(P<0.05),and the difference was significant on the distal side at 14 days and 21 days(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression of BSP in the proximal,middle and distal roots of experimental teeth in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant at 7 d and 21 d(P<0.05).On the distal side,the difference was significant at 21 d(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactoferrin can promote osteogenic activity and inhibit osteoclasts to reduce the distanc
