摘　　要：我国已进入老龄社会,随着社会经济的快速发展,老年人的精神文化需求增加,老年教育是我国建设终身教育体系和学习型社会的重要组成部分。广东省社区教育发展已久,老年教育发展相对缓慢。将老年教育融入社区教育,实施养学结合模式、构建四级办学网络、建设多样教学资源,能深耕老年教育的优质发展之路,有效促进广东省老年教育高质量发展。China has entered the aging society.With the rapid development of social economy,the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly increase and education of the elderly becomes an important part of the construction of lifelong education system and learning society.Community education has been developing for a long time in Guangdong Province,but the development of elderly education is relatively slow.There are four kinds of strategy to effectively promote the high-quality development of elderly education in Guangdong Province:Integrate of elderly education with community education,implement a mode that combines nursing and learning,construct a four-level school running network,and construct the diversified teaching resources.
