摘　　要：军队护理人员是卫勤保障任务的重要力量,其胜任力是保障打赢的重要前提。文章介绍胜任力、胜任力模型、军队护理人员胜任力的概念,重点分析胜任力测评在国内外军队护理人员中的研究进展,为军队护理人员任职培训、人员选拔、绩效考核等工作提供依据。Military nurses are important forces in military medical support,and their competency is an im⁃portant prerequisite for victory.This review introduced the concepts of competency,competency model and compe⁃tency of military nurses,and focused on the research progress of competency assessment in military nurses at home and abroad,to provide a reference for training,recruitment and performance evaluation among military nurses.
