摘 要:教学绩效评价是实现教学管理目标的重要手段。高校附属医院普遍存在重医疗轻教学、教学奖励力度不足、教学评价不科学等现象,缺乏科学合理的教学绩效评价指标体系。本文通过运用问卷调查法、访谈法和德尔菲法,初步形成了一套临床教师教学绩效评价指标体系,以期提高临床教师的教学积极性和医学人才的培养质量,为完善附属医院教学绩效考核体系提供参考方法和策略依据。Teaching performance evaluation is an important approach to achieve the goal of teaching management.There are many problems in the affiliated hospitals of universities,such as attaching more importance to medical treatment than to teaching,insufficient teaching reward,inappropriate teaching evaluation,and lack of science-based and reasonable teaching performance evaluation indicator system.This system for clinical teachers has been shaped in this paper through questionnaire,interview and Delphi method.In the hope of improving the teaching enthusiasm of clinical teachers and the quality of medical personnel.These approaches provide reference and strategic basis for the better performance evaluation system.
