摘  要:癌症为死亡第一大杀手,虫草素可以抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖与迁移,具有副作用小、耐药性高等优点。近几年利用现代计算机技术寻找其抗肿瘤机制和潜在的生物靶点将会为挖掘虫草素抗肿瘤机制开辟新的天地,极大地推进虫草素在抗肿瘤方面的应用。虫草素不仅通过调节与肿瘤相关的信号通路来诱导细胞凋亡,造成周期停滞,靶向干预肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)抑制肿瘤生长,还通过调节肿瘤微环境抑制肿瘤转移。本文将从分子生物学角度来阐明虫草素的抗肿瘤机制,为后期更好的研究虫草素抗肿瘤机制提供参考。Cancer is the number one killer of death,cordycepin can inhibit the proliferation and migration of tumor cell,and has the advantages of small side effects and high drug resistance.In recent years,the use of modern computer technology to find its anti-tumor mechanism and potential biological targets will open up a new horizons for the exploration of cordycepin’s anti-tumor mechanism and greatly promote the application of cordycepin in anti-tumor.Cordycepin not only induces apoptosis by regulating tumor-related signaling pathways,causes cycle arrest,targeted intervention of tumor stem cells(CSCs)inhibits tumor growth,and also inhibits tumor metastasis by regulating the tumor microenvironment.The contents of this review will provide a reference that is for better research on the antitumor mechanism of cordycepin in later period.
