摘  要:加强实践教学和突出能力培养是科研创新型人才教育的重点,而实验教学是医学院校培养药学生动手操作技能的关键教学步骤。生物药剂学与药物动力学是药学相关本科教学的重要专业课之一。根据该课程的特征和徐州医科大学药学学科的自身特点,对该课程的实验教学从教学内容、教学模式和教学体系三个方面进行分析与研究,并进行一系列相应的实验教学改革探索与实践,以探索该课程的实验教学在药学科研创新型人才培养过程中的具体实施方案,为更好地培养科研创新型药学人才提供一定的理论指导和教学方法。Strengthening practical teaching and cultivating outstanding ability are the key points of scientific research and innovative talent education.For medical colleges or universities,experimental teaching is crucial to train pharmacy students to master the operation skills.Biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics is one important course for studies in pharmacy.According to the characteristics of this course and the features of pharmacy subject,experimental teaching of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics was analyzed and studied from three aspects:teaching content,teaching mode and teaching system.Meanwhile,in order to explore the specific implementation scheme of the experimental teaching in the process of cultivating innovative pharmaceutical research talents,a series of explorations were carried out on the experimental teaching of this course,providing some theoretical guidance and teaching methods for better training innovative pharmaceutical talents.
