摘　　要：随着我国教育事业的快速发展,体系建设基本完成,专业健全,为人们提供了更为广阔的选择空间,而教学方法、教学模式也随之发生变化,对于综合教育水平的提升有着重要的促进作用。现代学徒制作为一种全新的教育形式,与传统早期的学徒制有着明显差异,并结合现代特征进行了创新尝试,得到了教育部门与社会的高度重视。本文将结合实际情况,对眼视光技术专业现代学徒制师资队伍建设路径进行详细分析,以期为今后开展的有关工作提供借鉴与参考。随着我国教育事业的快速发展,体系建设基本完成,专业健全,为人们提供了更为广阔的选择空间,而教学方法、教学模式也随之发生变化,对于综合教育水平的提升有着重要的促进作用。现代学徒制作为一种全新的教育形式,与传统早期的学徒制有着明显差异,并结合现代特征进行了创新尝试,得到了教育部门与社会的高度重视。本文将结合实际情况,对眼视光技术专业现代学徒制师资队伍建设路径进行详细分析,以期为今后开展的有关工作提供借鉴与参考。With the rapid development of China's education,the system construction is basically completed and the specialty is sound,which provides people with a broader choice space,and the teaching methods and teaching modes also change accordingly,which plays an important role in promoting the improvement of comprehensive education level.Modern apprenticeship is a new form of education,which is obviously different from the early traditional apprenticeship.It has been innovated by combining with the modern characteristics and has been highly valued by the education department and the society.In this paper,combined with the actual situation,the construction path of modern apprenticeship teaching staff of optometry technology specialty is analyzed in detail,in order to provide reference for the related work in the future.
