老年多原发膀胱癌靶向治疗相关靶点的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年多原发膀胱癌与老年腺性膀胱炎中靶向治疗相关靶点(C-erbB-2、EGFR)的表达及意义,为老年多原发膀胱癌靶向治疗提供依据。方法运用免疫组化方法检测我院1995年~2020年收治的老年多原发膀胱癌21例,老年腺性膀胱炎21例,老年正常膀胱组织21例(对照组),三组共63例中C-erbB-2、EGFR的表达情况,比较其阳性表达率及程度的差异。结果老年多原发膀胱癌及老年腺性膀胱炎中C-erbB-2、EGFR的阳性表达率均明显高于老年正常膀胱组织(P<0.001),老年多原发膀胱癌中C-erbB-2、EGFR表达高于老年腺性膀胱炎(P<0.05),C-erbB-2、EGFR在老年多原发膀胱癌第二癌中有表达阳性。结论C-erbB-2、EGFR靶点在老年多原发膀胱癌中的表达明显高于老年腺性膀胱炎、老年正常膀胱组织(P<0.05)且在老年多原发膀胱癌第二癌中有阳性表达,这为老年多原发膀胱癌靶向治疗提供了可能。Objective To study the expression and significance of C-erbB-2 and EGFR in elderly patients with multiple primary bladder cancer and cystitis glandularis.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 and EGFR in 21 cases of elderly multiple primary bladder cancer,21 cases of senile cystitis glandularis and 21 cases of normal bladder tissue(control group)treated in our hospital from 1995 to 2020.The positive expression rate and degree of C-erbB-2 and EGFR were compared.Results The positive expression rates of C-erbB-2 and EGFR in elderly patients with multiple primary bladder cancer and senile cystitis glandularis were significantly higher than those in elderly normal bladder tissues(P<0.001).The expressions of C-erbB-2 and EGFR in elderly patients with multiple primary bladder cancer were higher than those in elderly patients with cystitis glandularis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of C-erbB-2 and EGFR targets in elderly patients with multiple primary bladder cancer is significantly higher than that in elderly patients with cystitis glandularis and normal bladder tissues(P<0.05),and there are positive expressions in the second cancer of elderly multiple primary bladder cancer,which provides the possibility for targeted treatment of elderly multiple primary bladder cancer.
