多维融合背景下的体育文化发展路径与策略探析

摘　　要：体育文化作为建设"文化强国"和"体育强国"的重要组成部分,必将在"十四五"时期发挥不可替代的重要作用。从学理上辨析了体育与文化的关系,立足于哲学视角,提出体育是贯穿人的全生命周期的重要文化,具有由俗文化向雅文化发展的规律和多种艺术形式,蕴含着教育、娱乐、健康三大功能以及多元产业价值,指出产业化是体育文化的传承、创新和国际传播的重要路径。针对我国目前体育文化发展存在的政策缺失、产业要素开发滞后等问题,从完善顶层设计、优化产业政策、完善体育文化产业配套设施、创新我国体育文化产业要素、拓展体育文化产业延伸价值的开发、加大体育消费人口培养等政策体系与产业实践两个方面提出了相应的解决对策。As an important part of building a"cultural power"and"leading sporting nation",sports culture will definitely play an irreplaceable role in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.This paper analyzes the relationship between sports and culture from the perspective of philosophy,and puts forward that sports culture runs through the human beings’full life cycle.With various artistic forms,the development of sports culture follows the path from vulgar to elegant.It contains educational,entertaining and healthy functions,as well as the value of multiple industries.In response to the problems such as the lack of policies and lagging development of industrial elements in China’s current sports culture development,corresponding countermeasures are proposed from two aspects of policy system and industrial practice,such as improving top-level design,optimizing industrial policies,improving supporting facilities for the sports culture industry,innovating elements of China’s sports culture industry,expanding the development of extended values of sports culture industry,and increasing the cultivation of sports consumer population.
