摘 要:为建立一种快速简便、准确测定食品添加剂中铝的新方法,以泡打粉和明矾为样品,用氟离子电极固定时间读数法直接读取氟离子浓度,根据铝离子与氟离子之间的线性关系,间接测定试液中铝离子浓度。结果表明:泡打粉中铝的含量为48.50 mg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.17%(n=5);明矾中铝的含量为56.47 mg/g,RSD为0.42%(n=5)。该法简便快速、成本低廉、样品用量少,利于现场快速测定,为食品添加剂中铝的测定提供了一种全新的分析技术,有较强的创新性和推广应用价值。In order to establish a rapid,simple and accurate method for the determination of aluminum in food additives,select baking powder and alum as samples,the fluorine ion concentration can be directly read by using fluorine ion electrode fixed time reading method.According to the linear relationship between aluminum ion and fluorine ion,the concentration of aluminum ion was determined indirectly.The results show that:the mass fraction of aluminum is 48.50 mg/g (in baking powder),the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.17% (n=5).The mass fraction of aluminium is 56.47 mg/g,(in alum) RSD is 0.42% (n=5).The method is simple,rapid,low cost and small amount of sample,which is beneficial to rapid determination on site.It provides a new analytical technique for the determination of aluminum in food additives.This method has strong innovation and application value.
