摘 要:目的:使用混合式教学方法进行临床医学五年制心内科课程的教学变革以及效果探究。方法:选取80名临床心内科五年制本科学生作为研究对象,进行混合式教学模式的心血管课程授课,课程共6个课时,分为两次进行。课后使用自拟问卷对研究对象进行问卷调查,问卷包括课堂评价、自我评价、重要性评价三个部分,了解学生的学习情况和心得体会。结果:问卷调查结果中“自我评价”得分最低,“重要性评价”得分最高,表明学生对于该模式的高度认可。结论:学生对于混合模式在心血管内科中的教学比较认可,今后需要根据学习具体情况,更加完善教学模式,提高教学效果。Objective:To explore the teaching reform and effect of five-year course of cardiology in clinical medicine by using mixed teaching method.Methods:80 five-year undergraduate students of clinical cardiology were selected as the subjects of the study.The courses were divided into two periods and taught in a mixed teaching mode.After class,a self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the research objects,including classroom evaluation,self-evaluation and importance evaluation,so as to understand the students'learning situation and experience.Results:In the questionnaire survey,the score of"self-evaluation"was the lowest,and the score of"importance evaluation"was the highest,indicating that the students highly recognized the model.Conclusion:The students are quite satisfied with the mixed mode in the teaching of cardiovascular medicine.In the future,we need to improve the teaching mode and improve the teaching effect according to the specific learning situation.
