面向应用型人才培养的《塑料成型工艺与模具设计》课程教学改革探析

摘　　要：模具设计是新乡学院机电工程学院材料成型及控制工程专业的主要培养方向,《塑料成型工艺与模具设计》课程是该专业的一门主干专业必修课程。该课程具有综合性、实践性强的特点,强调学生应用能力的培养。基于目前教学现状,分析了该课程教学中存在的问题,通过对教情、学情的分析,从教学内容、教学手段、教学方法、课程体系的建设和学情改善等方面提出了整改措施。Mold design is the main cultivation direction of material forming and control engineering major in our college,and the course of the Plastic Molding Process and Mold Design is a very important course of this major.The course is highly comprehensive and practical,and emphasizes the cultivation of students'application ability.Based on the current teaching situation,the problems existing in the course teaching were analyzed.Through the analysis of the teaching and learning situation,the rectification measures were put forward from the aspects of teaching content,teaching means,teaching methods,the construction of curriculum system and the improvement of the learning situation.
