应用型本科院校教师人力资源管理的困境及解决策略——基于产学合作的视角

摘　　要：教师人力资源管理是应用型本科院校产学合作关键所在,然而,在产学合作的过程中,教师人力资源管理面临各种困境,为破解困境,构建“制度—能力”融合模式是必要的;为全面提升应用型本科院校教师参与产学合作的可行能力和改善产学合作的社会制度环境,这一模式提出构建系统性的支撑制度、匹配的人力资源管理制度、专业化与职业化的人力资源管理队伍三个相宜的具体策略。Human resource management of teachers is the key to the cooperation between production and learning in applied undergraduate universities.However,in the process of industry-university cooperation,teachers’human resource management faces various difficulties.In order to solve the problem,it is necessary to construct a“system-ability”fusion mode.In order to improve the practical ability of teachers to participate in industry-university cooperation and improve the social system environment of industry-university cooperation,this model puts forward three appropriate strategies:systematic support system,matching human resource management system,professional and professional human resource management team.
