摘  要:在化学工厂和工业工厂中会频繁出现一阶时滞不稳定系统难以控制的问题。针对该问题,文中提出两自由度控制器的改进方案。该改进方案的主体思路是,在保留原方案中设定值追踪控制器的控制器形式及算法不变的情况下,将其扰动控制器改用带超前滞后滤波器的PID控制器形式,并基于直接综合法对其进行参数整定,最后再根据鲁棒稳定性与抑制负载干扰性能之间的最佳折衷来选择调参值。仿真结果表明,所提方案在系统性能和鲁棒稳定性上比其它方案明显提高。此外,将该方案应用于实验2中的一个等温化学反应器,也得到了满意的结果。In chemical plants and industrial plants,there are problems of uncontrollable first-order time-delay unstable system.In view of this problem,an improved scheme of two-degree-of-freedom controller is proposed in this study.The main idea of the improved scheme is to change the disturbance controller to the PID controller form with leading lag filter while keeping the controller form and algorithm of the set value tracking controller in the original scheme unchanged.Meanwhile,the parameters are tuned based on the direct synthesis method.Finally,the parameter value is selected in accordance with the best compromise between robust stability and load rejection performance.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme significantly improves the system performance and robust stability compared with other schemes.In addition,applying this solution to an isothermal chemical reactor in Example 2 also obtaines satisfactory results.
