摘  要:利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,对生鲜乳中多元素检测的方法进行研究,同时对生鲜乳中钙、铁、锌、硒等微量元素含量,以及铅、铬、砷、汞等重金属含量进行检测。方法在标准曲线范围内呈良好的线性,r均在0.9999以上。质控样品计算回收率在81.8%~102.7%,符合方法要求。此方法快速便捷,回收率高,重复性好。The method of multi-element detection in fresh milk was studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The contents of trace elements such as calcium,iron,zinc,selenium and heavy metals including lead,chromium,arsenic and mercury in fresh milk were evaluated.The method showed good linearity in the range of standard curve,and r was above 0.9999.The calculated recoveries of quality control samples ranged from 81.8%to 102.7%.The method is rapid and convenient,with high recovery and good repeatability.
