摘  要:考虑纺织厂生产车间空调系统温度控制中存在惯性大、非线性以及时滞等特点而导致控制精度低、难度大等问题,防止因温度原因造成产品品质问题,提出了基于模糊PID调节原理的动态控制算法,设计了以PLC为系统核心控制器的空调温度控制系统,利用传感器实时采集温度数据信号,经由PLC进行模糊控制和PID调节,控制变频器、风阀驱动器等调节开闭。运行结果表明:系统工作稳定,过程中超调量小、响应速度快,系统温度调节误差小于0.5℃,节电12.6%,满足纺织车间温度控制要求。Considering the problems of low precision and difficulty caused by high inertia,nonlinearity and time delay in the temperature control of the air conditioning system in the production workshop of the textile mill,to prevent the product quality problems caused by temperature,a dynamic control algorithm based on the fuzzy PID control principle is proposed,and the air conditioning temperature control system with PLC as the core controller is designed,which uses the sensor to collect the temperature data signal in real time,carry on the fuzzy control and PID regulation through PLC,control the frequency converter,the air valve driver and so on to adjust the opening and closing.The operation results show that the system works stably,the overshoot is small,the response speed is fast,the system temperature adjustment error is less than 0.5℃and the power saving is 12.6%,which meets the temperature control requirements of the textile workshop.
